FRANSAT updated its broadcast encryption on 27 April 2026 to enhance security. Following this change, some older HD set-top boxes will no longer work and will lose access to FRANSAT DTT channels.

Go to channel 999 on your FRANSAT box and wait up to 30 minutes for an on-screen confirmation.

If your viewing card is still valid, you can keep using it - just insert it into a compatible new box.
